Updating needs a direct USB connection to your glove, which only Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge offer, on a Windows, Mac or Linux computer. Phones and tablets can't do it.

Updates make your TactraFlex glove more reliable and add new features. It takes about a minute, and nothing on your glove is lost.
- 1Plug your glove into this computer with its USB-C cable.
- 2Click Connect glove, choose your glove in the list, then click Connect.
If your glove doesn't appear
- Unplug the cable and plug it back in, then try again.
- Try a different USB port, or a different cable. Some cables only charge and can't carry data.
- Close other apps that might be using the glove, such as a TactraFlex app or another browser tab with this page.
